As an important part of China’s new type of think tank,party school think tanks are the backbone of serving the decision-making of local party committees and governments.Due to the diversity and complexity of the current economic and social development,Party school think tanks are facing more and more challenges in the process of providing advisory services.At the current stage,party schools do not attach enough importance to the construction of think tanks,and party school think tanks urgently needs to explore how to adapt to the development requirements of the times and improve its own ability to manage government affairs.Taking the Z Party School as a case,this paper clarifies the connotation and definition of local Party school think tanks on the basis of sorting and analyzing relevant research and theoretical results at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the current situation of the function of its think tank,it is found that the think tank of Z Party school not only has the advantages of ideological position,the integration of teaching,research and consultation and the practice of students,but also has the problems of inaccurate grasp of the government’s political consultation demand,lack of characteristics in the construction of think tank,unreasonable talent structure,weak function effect and insignificant political consultation efficiency.On the basis of following the actual development of the party school,drawing on the advanced experience of the construction of party school think tanks in developed provinces and cities,targeted and operable countermeasures are put forward.This thesis strives to promote the construction and improvement of think tank system of party schools and enhance the function of party school think tanks through the analysis of problems and the thinking of development paths. |
