Research On The Management Of Party Cadre Training In Xuyi Chinese Communist Party School

Cadres are the core of the party’s ruling body,and they not only shoulder important responsibilities,but also are the backbone of ensuring the scientific formulation and effective implementation of the principles and policies of the party and the government,as well as laws and regulations.It can be said that the quality and level of cadres represent the image of the party and the government to a large extent,and also affect the modernization of the governance level and governance ability of the party and the government,and even more affect the relationship between the party and the government and the masses of the people.In the new situation,a task that we need to urgently solve is how to strengthen the construction of the entire cadre team.As a school under the leadership of the Party and training Party leading cadres,the Party School(Administrative College)is not only an important department of the Party Committee,but also the main channel for training The Party’s leading cadres at all levels,an important position in the Party’s ideological and theoretical construction,and a philosophical and social science research institution and an important think tank of the Party and the state.County-level party schools are mainly responsible for training and rotating cadres below the deputy section level in their own county areas,including training leading cadres in the county,townships,and towns,and party members and cadres in village communities,and organizing various training courses as planned.With the expansion of the scale of training in the party school of the Xuyi County Party Committee and the increase in the types of cadre training undertaken,higher requirements have also been put forward for the training and management level of cadres in the party school of the county party committee.In this thesis,we analyze and study the problem of cadre training and management in the party school of Xuyi County Party Committee,take the party school at the county level as the entry point for research,and conduct investigation and research with the actual training management work as evidence.Through the sorting out and investigation of the basic situation of cadre training in the party school of Xuyi County Party Committee in the past five years from 2016 to 2021,and combined with what they think and think in their daily work,they discuss and summarize the shortcomings in the training and management of cadres in the party school of Xuyi County Party Committee,and try to analyze the causes of various problems,mainly including: insufficient attention;imperfect demand feedback management mechanism;insufficient management ability of teaching staff;weakening of some management functions;and poor linkage mechanism for cadre training and management.It is hoped that countermeasures for improving the training and management level of cadres in county-level party schools will be drawn on this basis,mainly including: change the training concept and improve the system design;optimize the curriculum management and strengthen the pertinence of cadre training management;further strengthen the construction of the teaching team and cultivate famous teachers and famous schools;strengthen the construction of feedback management mechanisms;strengthen the integration of the entire resources;improve the guarantee of funds and improve the teaching management process.
