| As a strong fighting fortress of the party in rural society,the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations is not only related to the construction and development of grass-roots party organizations themselves,but also related to the leadership of Party organizations in various fields and affairs of rural society and the stability of the ruling foundation of the party in the vast countryside.The prosperity and stability of rural areas,the development and progress of agriculture,the living and working of farmers,the orderly development of rural public governance and the stable promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy all depend on the effective exertion of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations.Based on the macro background of "party integrated social governance",rural public governance in the new era shows the characteristics of Party construction leading.Under the era background of rural public governance transformation,how to comply with the trend of public governance and strengthen the organizational capacity construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is particularly important.Firstly,based on the definition of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations and the essential connotation of their construction,this study puts forward the transformation direction of the publicity and endogenous of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations and their construction in the new era,which is determined by the transformation from rural public governance in the new era to "endogenous" governance and focusing on the connotation of "publicity".Secondly,from the dual dimensions of publicity and endogenous,combined with the essential connotation of organizational ability and organizational power in the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations,this thesis constructs a theoretical model of the organizational power construction of rural grassroots party organizations.Thirdly,combined with the results of field research,this thesis depicts the realistic picture of the organizational strength construction of rural grassroots party organizations.On this basis,it reflects on the practical deficiencies of the organizational strength construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,mainly including: the endogenous deficiency affects the improvement of organizational ability;Low publicity restricts the improvement of organizational power.Finally,it puts forward the practical approach of the construction of the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations: to enhance the endogenous nature of rural grass-roots party organizations and promote the improvement of organizational ability;Promote the organizational power with the public growth of rural grass-roots party organizations. |
