Study On Ecological Governance Experience Of The Kubuqi Desert In The New Era Led By Xi Jinping’s"ecological Civilization" Thought

China is one of the most severely desertified regions in the world.At present,my country’s desertified land area is 2.6116 million square kilometers,accounting for 27.2% of the total land area.Among them,the desertified land area is 1.7212 million square kilometers,accounting for 17.9% of the total land area.The party and the state have always paid attention to the desertification problem,and persistently adopted measures such as ecological resettlement,planting trees and restricting grazing,and the improvement of the ecological environment has achieved remarkable results.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we only have one homeland on earth,and we all need to work together to protect it.Because desertification control is related to the great cause of sustainable human development.In the new era,under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,the Kubuqi Desert has been "governed as a whole",and the ecological environment governance has achieved outstanding results.Taking the ecological governance of the Kubuqi Desert in the new era led by Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought as the research object,this paper discusses the formation,governance process,achievements and successful experience of the Kubuqi Desert using the method of literature research and field investigation.The full text is composed of the following contents: the introduction focuses on the background,significance of the research and the review of domestic and foreign research as well as the content and methods of the research;the first chapter systematically sorts out the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought and its value in ecological environment governance The second chapter analyzes the formation and harm of the Kubuqi Desert;the third chapter organizes the Kubuqi Desert governance process and its achievements;the fourth chapter discusses the Kubuqi Desert under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought Experience gained in ecological governance.The core point of this paper: Adhering to the leadership of the party and implementing the important concept of legal protection of the ecological environment is the guarantee for the success of the ecological governance of the Kubuqi desert;taking into account the ecological livelihood and desert control to achieve a win-win situation is the way for Kubuqi to take the green development path.Key support;relying on scientific and technological innovation to solve problems in green development and realize ecological production is the starting point.
