Research On The Protection Of Labor Rights And Interests Of Express Employees In China Under The New Business State And Its Countermeasures

The new consumption pattern under the new economic format in China has promoted the rapid development of China’s express logistics industry,and its scale is constantly expanding.At present,logistics express has become one of the strategic infrastructures related to China’s economy and people’s livelihood.As a labor-intensive industry,in recent years,express delivery practitioners have rapidly grown into a huge labor group.The protection of labor rights and interests of this labor group is also increasing day by day,which has aroused widespread concern of the whole society and great attention of the state.Based on the author’s practice in express delivery industry for many years,through the empirical analysis of labor realism,from the perspective of economics and labor economics,this paper makes an in-depth study on the protection of labor rights and interests of express delivery employees in China under the new format,and puts forward some countermeasures.This paper holds that the current lack of labor rights and interests protection of express delivery employees is mainly reflected in the mismatch between work intensity and remuneration,unclear labor relations,insufficient social insurance benefits,lack of vocational training and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper thinks that simply relying on government supervision may not be able to properly solve them,and may even affect the development of the industry and the stability of the national economy.We should start with the reasons behind the problems.First of all,we should improve the national labor system and labor laws and regulations,and solve the hidden factor problem that the work intensity of express delivery employees does not match the labor remuneration.Secondly,we should strengthen industry governance,avoid vicious competition and promote the transformation of China’s express delivery industry from high-speed development to high-quality development.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen government supervision and guidance,establish and improve trade unions,unblock channels for employees’ rights protection,enhance employees’ awareness of active rights protection,and promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s express service industry while effectively protecting the labor rights and interests of China’s express service practitioners.
