Research On The Methodology Of Xi Jinping Youth Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education is the fine tradition of the communist party of China,The 18th National Congress of CPC，Xi Jinping as always attaches great importance to and promoting youth ideological and political work,under the new historical position,Xi Jinping,with the demand of times development,basic methods in inherit the traditional ideological and political education on the basis of,according to the laws of the contemporary youth’s growth,Being active,strong self-consciousness,such as ideological characteristics,puts forward a series of new thoughts,new assertion,new methods,formed the rich connotation of the new era of youth ideological and political education methodology and the theory is the newest theoretical results which the communist party of China youth education work,also for the new era to further do youth ideological and political work to provide theoretical guidance and methods to follow.This paper,taking General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of speeches and writings on the basis of text material,try to comb summary Xi Jinping in politics since discusses methods for youth ideological and political work in the theory and implementation methods in person,the method as the breakthrough point of the research,thus a more comprehensive understanding of Xi Jinping youth ideological and political education thought,mainly from the following four parts to study.The first part is the background of the era and the source of its formation.Firstly,the background of the era is discussed from the international and domestic perspectives,including five aspects:the great changes unseen in a century,challenges in the postpandemic era,the succession of the two centenary goals,the new normal of socialist market economy,and the coming of the era of network big data.Then from the source of the culture of the Chinese excellent traditional culture and the philosophy of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,the source of the Marxist youth the source of the theory of ideological and political education method,the source of the practice of Xi Jinping,personal growth and career three dimensions to analysis the formation of Xi Jinping’s youth ideological and political education methodology sources.The second part is the main content of this paper and is the focus of research.Based on literature review and theoretical research,Xi Jinping’s methods of youth ideological and political education are systematically summarized.The implementation methods mainly used by Xi Jinping himself and based on traditional methods are more in line with the requirements of The Times.It mainly includes eight methods:cultivation of ideals and beliefs,reasonable compatibility indoctrination,heroic inspiration,"by culture person"penetration,knowledge and action integration cultivation,cultivate people with aesthetics,self-education and shaping,"Internet+ideological and political" education method.The third part is the content system on the basis of summarizing the basic characteristics of these methods theory.The basic characteristics include:Scientific under the guidance of philosophical thinking,realistic on the basis of focusing on The Times,innovative on the basis of upholding integrity and inheritance,practical on the essence of seeking truth from facts,artistic with the characteristics of traditional discourse,and strategic on the direction of national rejuvenation.The fourth part systematically discusses the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s youth ideological and political education methodology,mainly from the theory and practice of two parts.On the theoretical level,Xi Jinping’s youth ideological and political education methodology innovates the Marxist youth ideological and political education theory,develops the Chinese Communist Party’s youth ideological and political education thought and lays the theoretical foundation of the youth ideological and political education in the new era.On the practical level,it discusses from three perspectives:youth growth,young educators and the realization of the Chinese dream.The above four parts form a relatively complete study on the methodology of Xi Jinping’s youth ideological and political education,providing specific methods and paths for carrying out youth ideological and political work in the future,guiding contemporary youth to devote themselves to the construction of the Chinese dream,and eventually growing up as a new person with ideals,abilities and responsibilities.
