| In today’s society,the competition and cooperation between countries are becoming more and more complex,and the mandatory method of hard power to obtain international support and recognition is no longer applicable,and the use of "soft power" resources and methods to achieve strategic goals is gradually accepted and accepted by the international community.application.The interdependence caused by globalization and the development of the international situation are the background for countries to carry out soft power diplomacy.Major powers are more inclined to obtain the support of the international community through"soft power" diplomacy,so as to achieve the country’s strategic goals.Especially after the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the trend of change in the international pattern has been accelerated,and the competition among major powers has become more intense.The country’s response mechanism,international cooperation and foreign aid to the new crown pneumonia epidemic play an important role in shaping the country’s image and improving the country’s right to speak.This kind of diplomatic resources and methods is an important source of "soft power",so the role of soft power in national diplomacy is highlighted.Central Asian countries have important geostrategic significance.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Central Asia moved from the edge to the center of geopolitics.After the"Belt and Road" initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union were proposed,the strategic position of Central Asian countries in the Eurasian region continued to rise.In recent years,Russia has paid more and more attention to its soft power foreign policy towards Central Asian countries.Russia attaches great importance to its image as a major power in the region and actively participates in regional cooperation and governance in Central Asia.Based on the theoretical study of soft power,this paper analyzes and studies the particularity of Central Asia in Russia’s diplomatic strategy.Evaluation of Central Asian soft power diplomacy,and put forward corresponding suggestions based on existing resources and platforms to promote the development of Russia’s soft power diplomacy in Central Asia,and finally concluded a more effective soft power policy path. |
