| It has been more than 60 years since the birth of the first farmers’ cooperative in China.In the new era of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and assisting rural revitalization,the existence of cooperatives plays a crucial role.In recent years,with the support of various preferential policies of the government,various types of cooperatives have emerged rapidly,and the situation is very good.However,with the rapid development of farmers’ professional cooperatives(hereinafter referred to as cooperatives),various contradictions and problems have also emerged.All sectors of society have raised many questions about the development quality of cooperatives,and the future development prospects of cooperatives have also caused widespread controversy.The development models of cooperatives and enterprises have many things in common,but limited by the historical development process,cooperatives are far behind the development of enterprises in terms of infrastructure conditions,funds,talents,policy support and theoretical research.In addition,a cooperative is a social organization that takes farmers as the main body and provides services for farmers.Influenced by the characteristics of farmers’ groups,the development of cooperatives is more difficult than that of enterprises.As the determinants of cooperative development and growth,cooperatives’ internal trust and internal cooperation satisfaction have received insufficient attention.From the perspective of organizational trust,this thesis explores the influence path between cooperatives’ internal cooperation satisfaction and cooperatives’ internal trust system,and proposes corresponding countermeasures suggestion.Using the research method of grounded theory,this thesis constructs a path model of the influence of internal trust on the cooperative satisfaction of cooperatives through in-depth analysis of the cases of the establishment and development of six cooperatives.The specific research shows that:(1)The internal trust of cooperatives is mainly divided into four types: interpersonal trust,institutional trust,organizational trust and technical trust.Among them,interpersonal trust is the trust relationship between cooperative members,which is related to the interaction between members.Institutional trust,organizational trust and technical trust are the trust relationship between cooperative members and the cooperative as a whole,and they are related to the cooperative’s self-construction.(2)Different members have different perception factors for the satisfaction of internal cooperation in cooperatives.According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,general farmers pay more attention to the satisfaction of their own needs,mainly physiological and social needs,which are expressed as product for smooth sales,farmers’ daily exchanges,etc.,the core farmers pay more attention to additional gains,mainly for the needs of respect and self-realization,which are manifested in the sense of belonging to the organization and the realization of self-worth.(3)The influence of internal trust on the satisfaction of internal cooperation of cooperatives presents time characteristics,and there are differences in the types of trust that play a leading role in the satisfaction of internal cooperation in different periods.Therefore,based on the particularity of cooperatives,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for relevant subjects,that is,to strengthen the self-construction of cooperatives,introduce external talents,improve management level,and strengthen internal communication. |
