Since ancient times,land resources have been the most important resource and the foundation of a country.The land problem is often the most concerned issue of the people,and the overthrow of the regime is caused by the land problem in many cases.In today’s society,land resources are still very important.In Our country,the urbanization rate is not particularly high,and farmers are still a huge group of several hundred million people,which is already larger than the total population of most countries in the world.The development of a country will inevitably lead to an increasing rate of urbanization,in which more and more farmers will become urban residents.These farmers mainly farming before,but when they originally after operation of land expropriation,although they will earn a large amount of compensation,but from now,most of the land area,the compensation income cannot fully satisfy their life for a long time,after a short period of time the problem may not happen,but if issues are not solved,Then problems accumulated over time will always break out,and once problems break out,it will not be a small problem.Therefore,the government must be forward-looking when formulating policies on land expropriation,compensation and resettlement,and try to consider the incident comprehensively and carefully,and try to solve problems in the bud.Now in the land expropriation compensation and resettlement work in our country,the main problems of compensation and resettlement standard is not high,the procedure of compensation and resettlement problems,etc.,these problems are because at the time of policy,there is no thoughtful,have a plenty of work in the basic-level government execution time is not fully in place,will the sample policy stem walk,The existence of these problems will gradually make broad landless farmers produce,accumulate over a long period will conflict with the government gradually,affect national harmony and stability,moreover could lose the country’s ruling foundation,so in order to the country’s harmony and stability,to perfect our country current land expropriation compensation and resettlement policy,it can meet the needs of landless peasants.This paper mainly selects the land expropriation compensation and resettlement behavior of L Village in Qingdao,which is familiar to the author,as the research object,and takes L Village in Qingdao as the case study object to comprehensively analyze the compensation and resettlement problems in its agricultural land expropriation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The thesis is divided into six chapters,focusing on the compensation and resettlement of peasants whose land is expropriated.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,as well as innovative points and shortcomings.The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis;The third chapter mainly discusses the basic situation of land expropriation compensation and resettlement of L Village in Qingdao.The fourth chapter is based on the data obtained from field research and questionnaire issuance in L village,and then summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the process of land expropriation compensation and resettlement in L Village of Qingdao,and further summarizes and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fifth chapter is based on the summarized analysis of the problems and causes,targeted from the perspective of optimizing land acquisition compensation resettlement policy based on the corresponding suggestions and improvement measures;The sixth chapter is a summary of the whole paper,the general explanation of this paper attempts to improve the current situation of China’s land acquisition compensation resettlement policy through targeted suggestions,in order to alleviate the contradiction between the government and the land expropriated farmers,maintain the harmonious stability and healthy development of the country.
