The Dilemma And Improvement Path Of The Interaction Between The Government And The People From The Perspective Of Network Anti Corruption

With the development of information technology and the popularization of Internet,the awakening of people’s political participation consciousness and the rise of we media,"Network Anti-corruption" has become a new anti-corruption mode,and has achieved fruitful results in practice.It has been recognized by the government and society,and has become an important form of anti-corruption in China.In this new anti-corruption mode,the public,the media and the government play different roles according to their respective status and roles.Based on this,this paper will take the interactive relationship between the public,the media and the government in the Network Anti-corruption events as the perspective,take the communication evolution of network anti-corruption as the main line,deeply explore and study the communication mechanism,main body performance and development bottleneck of network anti-corruption,and put forward strategies and measures to optimize the Network Anti-corruption mode.This paper argues that the types of anti-corruption follow the communication path of "event exposure-public opinion Fermentation-media follow-up-government response".In this mode of communication interaction,the interaction performance of each role is different.This paper analyzes the existing problems and dilemmas of the interaction between the government and the people from the different performance of each role in the interaction between the government and the people,and puts forward some solutions.People,media and government play different roles in their positions and resources in anti-corruption events,and implement corresponding behaviors according to the characteristics of these roles,so as to influence and promote the process of anti-corruption events.The role of the media is similar to that of the public,but its influence and resources play a key role in the public opinion upgrading and direction guidance of anti-corruption events.The government is at the end of the communication mode and responds to the specific departments’ position and management concept in the anti-corruption incident.Generally speaking,the public is usually the source of information and public opinion in the network anti-corruption.The participation of the media affects the upgrading degree and direction of public opinion in the network anti-corruption,and the response of the government determines the intensity of the network anti-corruption.In fact,the best interactive mode of Network Anti-corruption communication is the cross linkage of the public and the media,and the government’s response in a positive rather than negative way,which needs the joint efforts of the public,the media and the government from multiple directions.It can be predicted that in the future,as an important way of social supervision,Network Anti-corruption will profoundly affect and change China’s political ecology and officialdom.
