Bibliometric Analysis And Knowledge Graph Analysis In The Field Of Emergency Management In China

With the development of Chinese economy and society,various social functional systems are more and more closely connected,and all kinds of emergencies are more frequent and destructive.In order to deal with all kinds of emergencies in the dynamic change,the research and development of emergency management is particularly important.To promote the development of the field,it needs to be based on the summary of previous studies.However,at present,the mining of the knowledge structure in the field of emergency management is mostly based on the subjective qualitative description of their own knowledge background,relevant research experience and previous research results,and the disclosure of the relationship between the knowledge units of various studies in the field is insufficient.The practical significance of this paper includes: first,it can provide judgment basis for researchers in the field of emergency management to determine the research direction;second,it can provide reference for the curriculum design of emergency management major in colleges and universities;third,it can provide guidance for government departments to carry out emergency management practice.Based on the bibliometric method,this paper makes a quantitative statistical description of the relevant literatures in the field of emergency management,and makes a logical analysis of the evolution process and internal relationship of the knowledge in the field of emergency management by using the knowledge mapping tool.This article mainly analyzes the literature on natural disasters,accidents,public health events,and social security incidents through literature research,bibliometrics,and visualization analysis methods,including:(1)Statistics on the time series of literature in the field of emergency management,the distribution of research authors,and research institutions,and analysis of the core authors and high-yield research institutions in the field.(2)Analyze the cross-discipline situation in the field of emergency management of specific emergencies,and divide the subject categories mainly through journal clustering.(3)Analyze the evolution trend of the field of emergency management for specific emergencies.One is to discover the knowledge base of the field from established literature and highly cited literature;the other is to discover the evolution process of hotspots in the field in various time windows from the time series;The third is to discover the cutting edge of its research through the analysis of mutation words.The analysis shows that:(1)The number of emergency management literature has increased rapidly in recent years,and the core authors and research institutions with great influence have emerged,with a significant trend of sustainable development in the future.(2)Emergency management knowledge has the characteristics of interdisciplinary,mainly including the deep integration of management,sociology,law,economics and other disciplines.(3)There are three emerging research directions in the field of emergency management,one is the whole process application of big data analysis technology,the other is the governance of public opinion in emergencies,and the third is the digitization of emergency management workflow.
