The “opinions on promoting the orderly and healthy development of new government media” was released in 2018,and it was proposed that new government media can be used to achieve social governance and reform.In recent years,it is known that Government short video is gradually forming a trend,and has great influence and value.It combines with its own functional attributes and requirements,depending on the support provided by the short video platform,and provides content that the public generally love.However,it is found that there are still many problems in government short video.Besides its own problems,such as imperfect management mechanism,fuzzy positioning,unreasonable distribution and so on,lots of the problems are related to the users themselves,such as the lack of information awareness,the lack of participation norms,and the lack of users’ ability to use the video.These problems are closely related to the user information literacy.In order to improve user information literacy for government short video platform,we focuses on the influencing factors of user information literacy,discusses the composition of user information literacy for government short video platform,explores its influencing factors and relationships,finds the current situation and existing problems of user information literacy for government short video platform,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This research will contribute to the promotion of government short video platform,and provide measures for improving the user information literacy.This paper mainly contains six parts:The first chapter introduces the background,research status,purpose and significance of the topic;The second chapter combs the concepts and related theoretical models of government short video and information literacy;The third chapter builds the research model of this paper.Based on the information ecology theory and technology acceptance model,this paper first analyzes the composition of user information literacy by combining the four processes of government short video utilization,and then studies the internal factors(perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived entertainment,user attitude)and external factors(regional economic status,regional information environment,surrounding environment),and puts forward research hypotheses;The fourth chapter is made up of the data acquisition and processing.Based on the above model and hypothesis,this paper designs the questionnaire,carries out the pre survey,and collects and processes the questionnaire online and offline;The fifth chapter is about data analysis,using statistical methods to analyze the questionnaire,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire test,intermediary effect analysis,correlation analysis,classification and regression analysis methods to verify the research hypothesis,grasp the current situation user information literacy for government short video,and find out the influence and degree of relevant factors on it;The sixth chapter summarizes the research conclusions of this paper,and also puts forward the countermeasures and paths to improve the information literacy of government short video users,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.Through the research on the influencing factors of user information literacy for government short video platform,it helps to clarify the current situation of user information literacy for government short video platform,and the relationship between the influencing factors.This research not only enriches the content of social media user information literacy in theory,but also provides valuable guidance for the development of government short video in practice,and improves the user information literacy for government short video platforms. |
