Modern communication tools have greatly facilitated the connection between smugglers.The main purpose of smuggling is cross-border transportation.In this regard,compared with other means of transportation,air transportation has the characteristics of speed,mobility and safety,ranging from domestic routes to international routes.Route,from short distance to long distance,because the aircraft can carry out long distance transportation and save time.The plane provides unparalleled convenience for smugglers.Therefore,air transportation tends to become a medium for criminals to commit smuggling crimes.Civil aviation practitioners involved in civil aviation transportation work,especially aircrews,have the convenience of multiple entry and exit on official business,and are smuggling intermediaries "favored" by smuggling criminals.Civil aviation practitioners are familiar with the working environment of civil aviation transportation and can use secret methods to conduct smuggling criminal activities.Moreover,the number of flight traffic is increasing day by day,and the transportation network is constantly expanding.On the one hand,customs supervision,national taxation,and civil aviation transportation order are faced with many new challenges.This article starts from the status quo of smuggling crimes by civil aviation practitioners,analyzes the forms of smuggling crimes by civil aviation practitioners in my country from the perspective of crime interaction center theory,discusses the time and space conditions of smuggling crimes by civil aviation practitioners in my country through crime field theory,and introduces criminal subculture and opportunistic crime theory.Analyze the causes of smuggling crimes by civil aviation personnel in my country,and propose countermeasures to control and prevent smuggling crimes by civil aviation personnel in my country.
