Study On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of The Elderly In Xi'an To Participate In "Internet +" Community Home-based Elderly Care Service

Aging population is a problem that cannot be ignored in the development of today’s society.Xi’an,as the largest city in Northwest China,has entered the aging society in the early part of this century.Under the background of gradual changes in family structure and rapid growth of the number of elderly people,how to allocate the limited endowment resources reasonably and meet the increasing elderly service demand has become an unavoidable problem in social development.On the basis of the rapid development and maturity of information technology such as Internet and big data,combining traditional family pension,community pension and institutional pension with efficient and convenient Internet can play an important role in integrating the resources of elderly care services and optimizing the efficiency of the supply of pension services,"Internet plus"community home care has emerged as a necessary measure to relieve the pressure on family support and improve the quality of service for the elderly.However,the development of home care in Xi’an’s Internet plus community is still at the adorable stage,and there are problems such as dislocation of supply and demand,low quality of service,and poor applicability of products.Home-based care services home-based care services for the elderly in the Internet plus community are optimized to enhance the elderly’s willingness to participate in the Internet plus community home care service,improve the efficiency and quality of service delivery,and meet the needs of the elderly in a personalized and diversified way.Therefore home-based care services in Internet plus community in Xi’an are mainly based on Maslow theory,public goods theory and welfare pluralism theory.Through questionnaire survey,the Internet plus community elderly community in Xi’an is selected as the main research object.Through descriptive statistics analysis,regression analysis and mediation effect analysis,the Internet is added to the elderly in the city."The demand of community home-based care and the influencing factors of willingness to participate in the empirical test.Home-based care services show that Internet users in Xi’an have higher willingness to participate in home care services for the Internet plus community,while all services for home care in the Internet plus community are in demand.However,from the supply situation,the supply of related services is more than that in the life care,and the effective service supply is low,the coverage of services is narrow,and the service quality is low.The quantity is not high.The home-based care services and the demand factors directly affect the elderly’s willingness to participate in the Internet plus community home care service.The Internet plus analysis shows that Internet capital and psychological status play an intermediary role in life satisfaction and willingness to participate in home-based care services in the Internet plus community.Combined with the Internet plus descriptive analysis and empirical analysis,this paper argues that it is necessary to optimize the home-based care services in Xi’an’s"Internet" community through four aspects:defining the government’s responsibilities,strengthening policy guarantee,increasing service supply,optimizing product efficiency,strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing publicity,cultivating professional talents and widening financing channels.
