The transformation and development of intellectual property rights and the realization of value are hot topics at the moment.In the pilot area,the system construction and product polishing of intellectual property securitization have begun to be explored.As the pioneer of intellectual property securitization,copyright securitization has considerable economic value to be explored.However,the automatic generation of copyright itself does not require registration,resulting in several major difficulties in the securitization process:one is that the right is not publicized,and the transfer and inheritance cause complicated rights attribution;the second is that the information disclosure standards are not clear,and the general asset securitization information The disclosure process has a low level of reference;third,local copyright registration is independent,which is quite detrimental to the nationwide flow of intangible assets.These issues have become the main obstacles to the popularization and application of copyright securitization and the further enrichment of innovation.In the past,the number of articles on the securitization of intellectual property rights was widely discussed,or the research on the part of patents was carried out.However,copyright has its unique attributes that cannot be attributed to the general discussion of intellectual property rights,and there are more legal risks in the securitization process caused by its characteristics.In the cultural atmosphere where the creation of works is in full swing,the research direction of this article has considerable practical significance.Therefore,this article attempts to start from the characteristics of copyright and focus on the above three difficulties to carry out two levels of research on legal risks and prevention and control recommendations.Especially for the most complicated issues of right ownership and publicity,the idea of building a multi-functional national integrated platform that integrates registration,inquiry,transaction publicity,and auctions,etc.,is proposed.In addition,in order to solve the problems of value evaluation and information disclosure,this article creatively proposes to classify according to the price range,build a professional team of talents,and form a review committee to rate the price of copyright as an important reference indicator.In addition,it analyzes the three major risks in the securitization process with respect to the five characteristics of copyright,combined with the latest trends in current practice,and proposes to improve the prevention and control of the two types of risks in copyright securitization,and strive to construct the system and product practice of copyright securitization.Provide certain theoretical analysis opinions.
