The Interest Logic Of Political Action

"Interest" is an eternal topic in the study of political science.For a long time,people tend to regard interests as the driving force of political action,and take expected interests as the measure of whether to participate in political action.However,the behaviorism paradigm narrows the connotation of interest,and other existing studies are full of differences on the interpretation of interest,and lack of enough attention on how to generate and evolve interests in specific political actions.The importance of interest does not match the heat of interest discussion.Starting from the medium level,this paper discusses the evolution path and law of interests in political action,aiming to promote the research on the theme of "interest".This paper takes a broad understanding of the definition of "interest",selects"political revolution" and "freely associating" as the objects of discussion,and analyzes the interest logic practiced by the two kinds of political actions.The basic view is that the interest logic of political revolutionary action is embedded and follows the process from outside to inside.Specifically,the prelude of revolutionary action is often the dissemination process of ideology,which is created by the revolutionary leading group and then added to the mobilized revolutionary masses.The main performance is to prove the legitimacy of his leadership and regard himself as the representative and symbol of public interest.In addition,the revolutionary leading groups need to rely on the implementation of specific personal interests to further enhance the revolutionary mobilization.Comparatively speaking,the interest logic embodied in the action of freely associating is endogenous and follows the process from inside to outside.The initial motive of freely associating is to protect one’s own interests.When the practice of association is growing,it is necessary to integrate the interests of members,seek consensus and representation,and take action.This paper focuses on the relationship and interaction between special interests and public interests embodied in the two kinds of political actions.Political revolutionary action is easy to form a unified public interest and give priority to it.In practice,individuals recognize and understand the public interest on the basis of maintaining their existing interests.The study of the relationship between personal interests and public interests can help us better understand and promote the understanding of interests.
