The piano song "Hujia Eighteen Beats" is a large-scale vocal suite rarely composed in ancient times,with a total of eighteen paragraphs,comparable to the form of today’s opera,with ups and downs in the storyline,rich and changeable emotions of the characters,and a certain dramatic conflict.The piano song "Hujia Eighteen Beats" is based on the story of "Wen Ji returning to Han",which has a strong tragic color and has high literary and artistic research value.Starting from the first,eleventh and twelfth beats of the piano song "Hujia Eighteen Beats",this paper analyzes the poetry genre,musical characteristics,and psychological portrayal of characters from the background of the creation era,the history of the piano song,and the creation of literati.Then the use and grasp of singing style are explained from the aspects of singing rhyme,vocal cavity rhyme,and emotional expression.Finally,it triggers the understanding and thinking of singing ancient poetry and art songs.
