With China successfully hosting 24 th Winter Olympic Games in 2022 in Beijing,China’s sports cause has achieved great development.The demand of sports cultural communication drives the creation of sports documentaries.However,Chinese sports documentary still faces many difficulties currently,such as low market share and narrow audience.The sudden rise of social media brings new development opportunity for the creation of sports documentary of our country.Based on the background of the social media era,this paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter one introduces the concepts of "social media" and "sports documentary",and summarizes the Development process and present situation of sports documentary in our country,pointing out the problems that traditional sports documentaries area no longer adapted to the current era of social media,and suggests that it is necessary to make efforts in the creation of sports documentary to adapt to the current social media environment.Chapter two,Chapter three and chapter four are parallel in structure.And it concretely analyses the creation strategies of sports documentaries in the era of social media from three aspects: topic selection,narration and audio-visual language.In terms of topic selection,it should meet the diversified and personalized needs of the current audience with the theme selection of circles and the characterization of ordinary people.In terms of narration,it should innovate the narrative system from three aspects: narrative time,narrative perspective and narrative strategy to cater to the communication environment of social media.In terms of audio-visual language,based on the aesthetic preference of the net generation audience,the visual effects of sports documentary are enriched and innovated by spectacular and young symbols.Combined with the whole creation process of the graduation work "Summer of Sails",this paper provides reference for the creation of the future sports documentaries to better adapt to the communication environment and audience aesthetics in the era of social media. |
