Research On The Theoretical Basis And Practical Direction Of Rural Cultural Construction In The New Era

Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is an important task for building an agricultural power in the new era.Cultural revitalization is the meaning of rural revitalization,and it plays a leading and promoting role in rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the theoretical basis and practical direction of rural cultural construction in the new era.Rooted in the countryside,rural culture is gradually formed with the development of natural environment and productive forces,and is a relatively stable cultural complex based on agricultural civilization,with family culture as the core,and local nature as the main feature.The construction of rural culture in the new era should be guided by Marxism.Successive generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China have attached great importance to the construction of rural culture,and their relevant expositions have pointed out the direction and provided theoretical guidance for the construction of rural culture in China.The goal and task of rural culture construction in the new era is to build a rural culture led by socialist ideology,form a situation of integrated development of urban and rural culture,and realize the innovation of rural cultural governance mechanism.At present,there are still certain problems and dilemmas in China’s rural cultural construction.Investigating the current situation of rural cultural construction in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province,it is found that there are mainly problems such as prominent influence of rural bad culture,declining rural excellent traditional culture,low level of development of rural cultural industry,relatively lack of talents in rural cultural construction,and long-term governance mechanism of rural culture.The main reasons for these problems are the backward ideology and concept of villagers,insufficient effective government assistance,insufficient elements of rural cultural industries,imperfect mechanisms for attracting rural talents,and insufficient long-term governance capabilities of cultural departments.To strengthen the construction of rural culture in the new era,we should focus on five aspects: first,strengthen the construction of rural spiritual civilization,promote rural ideological and political work,and improve the ideological and moral level of villagers;The second is to protect and inherit excellent rural traditional culture,activate cultural inheritance and development of multiple subjects,revitalize the carrying objects of excellent rural traditional culture,and build a systematic cultural protection and inheritance system;The third is to accelerate the development of rural cultural industries,create large-scale industrial operations,select high-quality cultural industries to accurately match market demand,and develop characteristic culture of one township and one product;The fourth is to build a team of rural cultural talents,promote the development of rural cultural education,improve the conditions for the introduction of rural cultural talents,and improve the management system of rural cultural talents;The fifth is to improve the long-term management mechanism of rural cultural construction,build a multi-subject joint construction and management model,improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism of rural culture,and strengthen the management and protection of public culture construction in the later stage.
