A Research On Vocabulary Of Hongan Dialect In Hubei Province

Hongan county,Hubei Province is located in the northeast of Hubei Province,and the dialect of Hongan county belongs to Huang Xiaopian in Jianghuai Mandarin.Taking the vocabulary of Hongan dialect as the research object,the thesis comprehensively collects and sorts out various vocabulary of Hongan dialect on the basis of field research,and sorts out the classification vocabulary list of Hongan dialect.Taking the vocabulary list as the analysis object,the personality characteristics of Hongan dialect vocabulary in word form and word meaning were summarized through general comparison.The predicates and inheritance words in the Hongan dialect are specially sorted out and analyzed.Finally,based on the local regional culture,the cultural connotation behind the dialect words is revealed.This article is divided into six chapters:Chapter one is the introduction,starting with the basic information of Hongan county including its geographical location,historical evolution,population and ethnicity.Then summarizing the research status of Hongan dialect and describing it’s the phonological system.Finally,the last part explains research objectives,research significance,research methods and corpus sources.Chapter two is the word list of the Categorized Vocabulary of Hongan county,basing on the "Chinese Dialect Word Survey Entry List",and combining with the actual situation of Hongan,the used words in Hongan dialect are recorded and classified into 29 categories.Chapter three is the comparison of the difference of Hongan dialect and Mandarin.Taking the categorical vocabulary as the analysis object,the Hongan dialect vocabulary and Mandarin vocabulary were compared from the synchronic level,and the differences in word form and word meaning between the two were summarized,and then the personality characteristics of the Hongan dialect vocabulary in syllables,word formation,and word meaning were summarized.Chapter four is the relative appellation words and inheritance words of Hongan dialect words.The elative appellation words and inheritance words in the Hongan dialect are described and analyzed.The characteristics of the kinship appellation in the Hongan dialect and the inheritance relationship between the vocabulary of Hongan dialect and the ancient Chinese vocabulary are summarized.Chapter five is the cultural perspective of the vocabulary of Hongan dialect.We mainly examine the most representative cultural words in the three types of Hongan dialect.From the perspective of language and culture,the paper explores the life etiquette culture behind the words of the Hongan dialect,the culture of the seasonal season,and the unique local Red Revolution culture.It fully reveals the inseparable relationship between dialect vocabulary and regional culture.The last chapter concludes by summarizing the views and conclusions of the full text and raising the questions needed to be studied deeply in the future research.
