| Starting from the continuation and expression of the rational spirit in neoclassical painting under different times background,this paper discusses the development process and aesthetic characteristics of neoclassical style.Artists try to reproduce the perfection and eternity of classical aesthetics through the study and imitation of classical art,but also pursue the innovation of art forms and techniques.On the other hand,the contemporary neoclassical style of painting puts more emphasis on the understanding and respect of traditional culture and history.At the same time,it also integrates new art forms and ways of expression into it,creating more colorful art works.As an art form that fits the background of The Times,neoclassical painting not only innovates on the basis of tradition,especially the rational spirit and the pursuit of perfection are continued in the subsequent development.This neoclassical style of painting not only has traditional aesthetic characteristics,but also integrates contemporary aesthetic concepts and expressions,with a strong sense of modernity and spirituality.With the deepening of the study of Western painting in the domestic art circle in the 1980s,neoclassical style painting has attracted more attention.This article discusses the reasons and characteristics of the formation of neoclassical style painting in China,and expounds the embodiment of rational spirit in it.Through the analysis and sorting of neoclassical style paintings,this paper deepens the understanding of the development of Chinese modern and contemporary art,especially the integration and dialogue between Chinese and foreign culture and art,which is particularly important in today’s era.This paper analyzes and studies the expression forms of rational spirit in neoclassical style paintings in different times,trying to sort out the development vein of clear rational spirit as one of the core features of neoclassical painting. |
