Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.The people have raised higher requirements for cultural life and need diversified and high-quality cultural products and services to meet their cultural aspirations.At the same time,the state proposes to build the cultural industry into a pillar industry of the national economy and promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the cultural industry structure,so as to realize the high-quality development of cultural enterprises and provide more personalized and diversified cultural products and services.In this regard,the state has introduced numerous economic support policies to create the best development environment and opportunities for cultural industries and enterprises.Then,how does government support affect R&D input and the operating performance of cultural listed enterprises,how does this influence change in the difference of the nature of enterprises,and what intermediary effect does R&D input produce,all these need to be further studied and explored.Therefore,based on the development background,research status and theoretical basis of cultural listed enterprises,this paper discusses the correlation between government support and R&D investment and business performance of cultural listed enterprises.This paper takes the A-share listed enterprises of cultural industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges as the research sample,takes the performance of listed enterprises of cultural industry as the research object,and puts forward the research hypothesis according to relevant theories,research objectives and the development status of cultural industry.On this basis,the influence mechanism of government support and R&D input on the operating performance of cultural listed enterprises is analyzed.The results show that government support policies can improve the R&D input and business performance of cultural listed enterprises;The nature of enterprise plays a moderating effect on the influence of government support on cultural listed enterprises;Research and development investment plays an intermediary role in the influence of government support on the operating performance of cultural listed enterprises;There are differences in the influence of government support and R&D input on the operating performance of cultural listed enterprises in different regions.Finally,the robustness test is carried out in this paper,and the results are basically consistent with the research conclusions,thus ensuring the reliability and stability of the research conclusions in this paper.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it can be found that the problems and limitations of the current government support policies in promoting the development of cultural listed enterprises,and put forward effective improvement measures.For example,the government should pay attention to the selection of subsidy methods,and for enterprises with different ownership properties and in different regions,According to the enterprise’s own development characteristics and regional economic development level,the government subsidies should be rationally used to make the maximum application efficiency and effect.It should also be targeted to a certain type of enterprises for the distribution of subsidies,pay attention to the actual effect of the application of the subsidies.At the same time,cultural enterprises are fully aware of the important position of research and development activities for enterprise development,strengthen innovation awareness,and obtain continuous and reliable funds through diversified methods,in order to ensure continuous investment in research and development activities,so as to put forward targeted measures for the improvement of performance and long-term development of our cultural listed enterprises. |
