| Under the hero model culture,hero model unit drama with hero model as the narrative core emerges.The theme-first creation mode makes hero and model unit dramas easy to fall into the creation pattern of empty preaching,which is specifically manifested as: most hero and model unit dramas have strong political consciousness and strong propaganda significance,but the viewing data and audience feedback are ordinary.Can the hero and model unit play balance the integrity and visibility,not only realize the optimal dissemination of mainstream values,but also let the audience get a good aesthetic experience? This paper takes this as a research question,introduces the theory of narratology,interprets Meritorious Service and Ideal Shining China,which have good audience rating and reputation,as research objects,and explores how heroic and exemplary unit dramas successfully avoid the discord between artistic creation and ideological propaganda.Finally,it comes to a conclusion that the unit mode of hero model unit plays tells the artistic production logic of the story of group heroes,breaks through the creation inertia of traditional hero model plays,and satisfies the differentiated imagination of different audiences for heroes and models.The strategies of unit narrative,growth narrative,emotional narrative and so on are used to construct the heroic model stories in an artistic way,which makes the mainstream values gradually internalize the audience’s own emotional judgment and value judgment through the full three-dimensional hero images and highly appealing hero stories,thus gaining the double favor of politics and the market.Specifically,this paper discusses the efforts of hero and model unit dramas to balance political propaganda and aesthetic pleasure from three parts: narrative characters,narrative strategies and narrative themes.The first part is the narrative character,this chapter mainly analyzes the hero model unit drama character type and character shaping strategy.English model unit plays respect the change of the audience’s aesthetic needs,weaken the divinity and alienation of the hero model characters,and create a multi-type hero model characters accepted by the audience.At the same time,a variety of artistic techniques are used to excavate the arc of character of heroes and models,and mold them into typical,personalized and sublime.The second part is narrative strategy,namely unit narrative,growth narrative and emotional narrative.The unit narrative selectively reproduces the highlight moments of heroes and model characters,gives the creation space of multi-form coded narrative text,and successfully breaks through the previous main theme narrative form;The growth narrative takes the growth story of hero model characters as the main line,allowing the audience to relate themselves through the identity transformation of hero model characters and the mirror of spiritual growth,effectively improving audience participation;Emotional narration spreads mainstream values by means of translation,empathy and inquiry,which not only enlightens and educates the audience,but also better spreads mainstream values.The third part is the narrative theme,mainly from the country,political party and individual three levels of analysis.Hero and model unit plays not only stand on the national standpoint,through the evolution of narrative plot to emphasize the national spirit and model spirit contained in it;It is also deeply embedded in the historical context of the century-old founding of the Party.It eulogizes the party’s advanced nature and loyal political belief with rich narrative language.Under the guidance of the people’s aesthetic thought,it also adds the thinking of individual value when viewing the British model group from the individual perspective and the perspective of the common people,affirms the will and value of the individual nation,and comforts the people who have made great contributions to the country. |
