Research On Early Warning Of Military Psychological Crisis Based On Grid Management

With the overall improvement of combat capability,the army has carried out more major military operations,and the physical and mental pressure of officers and soldiers has increased.Grassroots officers and soldiers are mostly in the front line of training,coupled with the social,environmental,family and many other factors,frequent psychological crisis,to a certain extent,affect the working conditions of the army and security and stability,interfere with the preparation for war.In this study,expert meeting method,Delphi method and focus group interview method are used to study the early warning model of psychological crisis in the army,and a complete set of grid management mechanism for early warning of psychological crisis in the army is formed,which is " scale census – index observation – team construction ",so as to establish a set of dynamic and static combination,comprehensive and whole process of psychological crisis early warning system.On the selection of the general survey scale,the expert meeting method was used to conduct a special meeting of military psychological service experts and psychologists.Finally,the series of mental health assessment scales for grass-roots officers and soldiers were determined as ’ 90 symptom checklist ’(SCL-90)and ’ 16 personality factors test ’(16PF).If the officers and soldiers were found to be emotionally abnormal during the test or interview,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)could be further used.A unified,standardized and applicable mental health assessment scale is a powerful tool for mental grid officers to fully grasp the psychological state of soldiers.The Delphi method was used to determine the key indicators of psychological crisis early warning.After three rounds of expert consultation,17 key indicators were finally formed,namely : single-parent families or left-behind children,lack of social support,past trauma experience,past history of mental illness or family history,conflict or deterioration of interpersonal relationships,serious frustration of progress,frustration of marriage and love,long-term maladjustment after joining the army,excessive economic burden,family changes,sleep disorders,emotional instability,impulsivity,behavioral abnormalities / disorders,thinking disorders,restlessness,and excessive self-blame.The key indicators of early warning are the basic reference for psychological grid personnel to monitor the psychological state of soldiers.On the team construction of psychological grid staff,the focus group interview method was used to interview the psychological workers at four levels,and the grounded theory was used to code the interview text at three levels to determine that the competency of grassroots psychological grid staff was composed of personal characteristics,knowledge reserves and skill reserves.The training of grassroots psychological grid personnel should be scientifically arranged according to the training cycle,training content,training effect test and training effect improvement;formed a "company-health team-brigade(regiment)level " three-level grid,vertical management of psychological crisis early warning grid classification system.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the army construction in the new era,it is proposed to construct a grid management system for the early warning of the psychological crisis of the soldiers.By configuring the grid management team with the grassroots psychological grid members as the main body,the grid operation mode based on multi-level linkage is formed,and the prediction and early warning prevention are well done.The active defense psychological service mode is established,so as to effectively reduce the probability of serious psychological crisis events in the army.
