The types of TV series lead the coquetty,suspense plays for the leader of its own unique type characteristics and narrative style.Nowadays,with the development of the Internet in full swing and the rapid development of domestic network literature and art,network drama has officially come into public view since 2014.Suspense theme has become an important focus of network drama production with strong theme attraction,and has formed a different narrative style from the past.With the continuous improvement of the production level of network drama,the production of network suspense drama has gradually become a system,and the phenomenon of the frequent production,has become a domestic TV series can not be ignored.From TV screen to private screen,from suspense drama to network suspense drama,not only is the expansion of communication channels,media transformation itself also provides fresh nourishment for the creation of suspense drama.The network suspense drama constantly updates and iterates the narrative discourse mechanism in a wild appearance but infinite vitality,and shows different stage narrative characteristics in different periods.According to the data of the development of network suspense drama up to now,its development stage can be divided into two stages: initial attempt and rapid development according to the time,subject type and adaptation source.In the initial trial stage,relevant policies and creation mechanism are not clear.Network suspense dramas are placed in a state of barbaric growth,with themes far away from the creation scope of traditional criminal investigation and involvement dramas,and tend to solve crimes with "fun and humor" and deliberately create an atmosphere full of blood and violence.The volume is also different from traditional TV dramas,and the standard of episode number and single episode length is different.There is no unified industry standard and specification.At the stage of rapid development,the external genres of network suspense drama began to gradually have a unified creation standard,and the narrative content also began to combine the single types of suspense,terror and criminal investigation with the type elements of comedy,love,fantasy,science fiction and so on,forming a diverse form of genre integration.As the country continues to encourage the creation of realism,especially with the breakout of the network drama "Hidden Corner" in 2019,the creation of realism type has also become another feature of the rapid development stage of creation.If we can sort out the stage vertically in time,we can see the development direction and transformation of the genre narration of network suspense drama in different periods,then horizontally,we can get the commonality of discourse structure hidden under different works from the perspective of narrative,narrative structure and narrative characters,and the aesthetic significance formed in the process of constructing discourse structure.The narrative perspective of network suspense drama can be divided into children’s perspective,police and bandits perspective,"she" perspective and omniscient perspective.In terms of narrative structure,there are more prominent groups,layers and contrast structure.In terms of narrative characters,the captors and criminals,as the main participants in the criminal cases in the drama,have broken the aesthetic paradigm of simple binary opposition so far.Through the analysis of the aesthetic evolution of the characters in the drama,the vivid image changes of the police and bandits and the social moral landscape are outlined.At the same time,the functions and meanings of female images in suspense plays have gradually changed from instrumental foil and decoration to critical and diversified status.In the history of narratology research,narratology has gradually changed from focusing on the structure of text without context to focusing on social historical context and the active role of readers.This point should be paid more attention to in the case of TV drama,a special narrative text which needs to establish "production relationship" with the text.After the media transition from television to the Internet,network drama has evolved a new aesthetic feature on the basis of inheriting the traditional TV drama art,and the aesthetic expectation psychology of the audience and the aesthetic effect of TV drama have also undergone new changes.Network suspense plays are a branch of network dramas.In the analysis of the meaning of network suspense plays,it is not only necessary to consider the internal structure of narrative texts,but also to integrate into the context of current social development and the audience’s acceptance characteristics,that is,to consider the audience’s acceptance characteristics refined into the "suspense" type and the creation context of network suspense plays.And under this characteristic,the aesthetic effect of the object and the aesthetic interest of the subject change.In recent years,although there have been some excellent works and phenomenon masterpieces,the overall creation level of network suspense drama is still not high in the face of the whole market with uneven quality,eye-catching and numerous vulgar routine works.Under the national policy of vigorously encouraging the development of network literature and realistic creation,only by combing through the network suspense drama stage,analyzing its narrative characteristics and aesthetic significance,and summarizing the creation law can we continuously accumulate the power for creation and produce fine works.
