The Renconstrction Of Dunhuang Mural Elements In Game Design

Dunhuang murals are the essence of ancient Chinese culture and art.Although Dunhuang frescoes have a long history and profound cultural connotation,for various reasons,only a few people have a deep understanding of its essence.Many scholars have written books for it,and only insiders have studied it.The cultural disjunction has led to many people having little interest in it.It is a way to excavate artistic charm to express the artistic form and life emotion in murals in the form of games,which can add a huge amount of elements including material,artistic form and other elements to the game,and can also convey the most core emotion in traditional culture in the form of games,so that more people can get rid of the sinking state of being and pay attention to the "true life" of being itself.This paper focuses on Dunhuang murals and conducts a comprehensive study of their subject matter content and artistic style characteristics to construct electronic games,including the theme worldview,artistic form,character shaping,prop design,action design,and so on.In the construction,the main focus is on the following aspects: first,finding the connection between murals and games,and creating a worldview for translating mural stories into game scripts.Firstly,the worldview of games is studied.In role-playing games,the storyline and plot,aesthetic style,and values are considered important aspects of game values,and the story paintings in Dunhuang murals also have these obvious characteristics.This has found the fundamental conditions for translation.Then we will discuss the translation of mural stories.Due to the limitations of the story,it is necessary to re create the game script.Secondly,starting from the aesthetic elements of the game’s worldview,explore the relationship between art and the game’s worldview.Analyze the inherent attributes pursued in character,scene,and action design in art design.Thirdly,analyze the artistic characteristics of Dunhuang,discuss cases of Dunhuang elements used in one’s own creations and cases of Dunhuang elements used on the market.
