To Discuss Music Through Poetry:A Study Of The Art Song "Chang Xiang Si" Based On Classical Chinese Poetry

As a perfect combination of literature and music,as well as of classical and modern styles,Chinese classical poetry art songs have a profound historical background and a simple musical style,making them an indispensable part of Chinese national vocal music.It combines classical poetry with modern musical elements,interpreting the essence of Chinese literature in the form of music,showcasing the unique charm and profound connotation of Chinese ethnic music.The Chinese classical poetry and music masterpiece "Chang Xiang Si" is a song created by Liu Zhuogen in 2019 based on the music of Li Bai’s Yuefu poem "Chang Xiang Si"(Part One).The song was first sung by Lin Zhixuan and has been deeply loved by many in the music industry.Artists such as Wu Mengxue,Deng Yao,and Feng Junyi have also adapted the song,making it a common repertoire for professional concerts and competitions.This paper aims to deeply analyze the characteristics of the art song "Chang Xiang Si" of ancient poetry,analyze the characteristics of the structure of the song from the perspective of the image of the poem,summarize the expression of the melody of the song from the rhythm of the poem,and explore the singing way of the song in the emotion of the poem.From the perspective of poetry,reveals the unique aesthetic value of the art song "Chang Xiang Si",and provides a better way of singing.
