Analysis Of The Composition And Performance Of The Guzheng Concerto "Lotus Blossoms In The Rain

Contemporary Chinese folk music compositions are flourishing,and the guzheng,as one of the expressive folk instruments,not only retains its ancient and traditional timbre,but also can express its unique flavor and style,from traditional zheng pieces to modern zheng pieces.With the development of the times and the increase of social inclusion,many excellent composers have used the guzheng as a carrier to make bold creations,exploring the musical style of the guzheng to the best of their ability and bringing more possibilities to the guzheng,with new works coming out all the time.The piece combines various performance techniques and piano accompaniment.The whole piece is far-reaching and direct to the heart.The thesis will be presented in three aspects.In this part,the author will focus on the transplantation of traditional music materials and how the performance techniques can reflect the different levels of changes and the application of different rhythms in this work.In this section,I will focus on the transposition of traditional music materials and the application of different rhythms in this work,hoping that the analysis can provide some reference for more performers in their future practice and performance.
