Since the modern times,the compilation of the Song Dynasty recorded jin wen mainly includes Wang Yuzhe’s The Song Dynasty Recorded Jin Wen and Liu Qiurui’s Compilation of Shang and Zhou Bronze Dynasty Inscriptions Recorded in Song Dynasty.The former was completed in the 1940 s of last century,and the latter was completed in the 1920 s of this century,80 years apart.With the passage of time,the arrangement of the jin wen in the Song Dynasty records also presents different features.This paper makes a comprehensive collation,comparison and study of these two books,which can be divided into four aspects:first,from the perspective of Wang Editor,we observe the multi-interpretation characters,misinterpretation characters,different characters and doubtful characters;Second,from the perspective of Liu Editor,we observe the multi-interpretation characters,fake characters,doubtful characters and the improvement of Liu Editor to Wang Editor.Third,the style and arrangement of the two books are compared,and analyzed from the aspects of radical,prefix,example and scribe.Finally,from the comparison of the two books to investigate the situation of the study of jin wen in Song Dynasty and the progress of the study of jin wen literature in academia.Through the study of this paper,the similarities and differences between Wang And Liu can be fully displayed,and the differences between the jin wen records of the Song Dynasty and the arrangement of later generations can be seen,which also reflects the changes and development of philology research from the side.
