| The teacher-student relationship is the core relationship in education,teacher and student are two crucial factors in education,education can not be carried out without any one factor,the communication between teachers and students directly affects the effect of education.A good teacher-student relationship is the premise and guarantee of high-quality teaching.Confucius was later called "an example worth learning for all ages" and "the greatest sage and teacher".Confucius’ s relationship with his disciples could be regarded as a model or paragon of the teacher-student relationship in China.Confucius was not the first teacher in Chinese history,nor was he the first person to run a private school,but he really popularized education to the civilian class and recruited students regardless of their wealth,origin,or status.He developed deep feelings with the students in his daily life,it provides reference and enlightenment for the communication between teachers and students.The Analects records the dialogue between Confucius and his disciples and presents again the intercourse between Confucius and his disciples.This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between Confucius and his disciples from the dialogues in The Analects.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly summarizes the background of the life of Confucius and his disciples,as well as the conditions and social repercussions of Confucius’ s establishment of private schools.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the relationship between Confucius and his disciples and the characteristics of the communication between teachers and students.The third chapter mainly introduces the practical activities of Confucius and his disciples,mainly in the aspects of touring various countries and rigorous scholarship,from which we can see that Confucius and disciple are not only a political community sharing weal and woe,but also the academic community that pursues tao.Based on the analysis of the first three chapters,the fourth chapter,based on grasping the teacher-student relationship of Confucius as a whole,selects the most special disciples of Confucius,such as Yan Hui,Zilu,and Duanmu Ci,as the representatives,discuss the teacher-student relationship between Confucius and the three disciples respectively,and further sublimate the teacher-student relationship of Confucius.The fifth chapter discusses the historical significance of Confucius’ teacher-student relationship,mainly from three aspects: the pioneering significance,the essence significance,and the exemplary significance,and provides the corresponding enlightenment for the contemporary teacher development and the teacher-student association. |
