Under the background of the 2.0 plan of educational informatization,information-based education has become a fashion.Because of the advantages of information technology,students tend to change their ways of studying.This kind of technology can widen their approaches of studying,integrating student-centered education.Nowadays,different kinds of schools from the town to the country pay great attention to the training of teacher informatization.It focuses on improving teachers’ information technology.By the training,teachers can change the awareness of information,promote the combination of different subjects,integrate different resources,and make the high-quality classes come true.Blended learning is a novel and promising way combining education and information.Blended learning incorporates the advantages of traditional classroom and the advantages of information technology.It can rebuild the structure of traditional class,optimize the classroom arrangements and promote the practical ability in the further education.Restricted by some undesirable conditions,such as limited time,heavy teaching burden and big classes,and so on,the current primary English learning is not satisfactory.Blended Learning can give effective learning strategies,can make a better understanding of learning and teaching,meanwhile,it can give supports to different students,promoting them to study independently.Based on the theories of Multimedia Learning Theory,Bloom’s Master Learning Theory,and Second Language Acquisition Theory,this article uses the method of document study to analyze the research status quo of Blending Learning.The article uses the questionnaire to know the teachers and students’ requirements of Blending Learning,to understand the environment of put it into practice.By the controlled experiment,we take students of Grade Three in H school S district M county Fuzhou as the research objects,to find the appliance.By interview,we try to find out the students’ attitudes toward this kind of method.From this research,we are eager to find out the problems of English beginners in primary school by Blended Learning.At the same time,this article can provide some suggestions in further research.This article is mainly divided into several parts.Firstly,the article explains the theories of Blended Learning and research at home and abroad.By analyzing the Multimedia Learning Theory,Bloom’s Master Learning Theory,and Second Language Acquisition Theory,to have a overall understanding of status quo,this article can provide the theory base and practical experiences.Secondly,the author made a survey to know the current situation of English teaching in primary schools.By questionnaire,it makes a understanding of students’ learning problems and requirements of Blended Learning,the parents’ attitude toward English learning and the environment supporting,the level of teachers’ information technology.From the perspective of students,teachers and parents,this article tries to find out the problems in English teaching,in order to provide the practical advice on the model creation and teaching design.Thirdly,the article focuses on the construction of studying environment and Blended Learning Model.Based on the specials and functions of 17 zuoye,the author constructs the model from the four periods: preview before class,learning in class,review after class and learning evaluation.Fourthly,the article analyzes the practice and outcome analysis.Based on the students,teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching activities,we make the teaching design.From the perspectives of the academic attainments(written),the data online,the changing attitudes to test the application effect of Blended Learning.Lastly,the author makes a summary and reflections.We give some suggestions on the importance of teachers’ information level,the teaching design,the practice of students and the corporation of school and home.By the application of Blended Learning in primary school English learning,students’ interest in English learning has been gradually increased,their autonomous learning ability has been continuously strengthened,and individualized learning has been developed.Although the results of the students in the experimental class are not different from those in the traditional teaching mode,they gradually show the advantages of blended learning in listening. |
