| During the epidemic period, most of the freshmen in senior high school studied online classes at home. The family environment had an important impact on the students’ academic performance. Some students’ academic performance fluctuated significantly and produced negative emotions, which greatly affected their self-confidence and self-efficacy.At the same time, relevant studies have found that attribution style also has an important impact on self-efficacy.In the post-epidemic era, some students face fluctuations in academic performance,Will appear obvious self-abasement not confident performance, then cause the vicious circle to lose confidence in learning, encourage students to face the life test in the right way the failure of uncertain factors is conducive to enhance the sense of self-efficacy and physical and mental state of health of students. In this kind of atmosphere, guiding students to attribute scientifically is beneficial to the healthy development of middle school students in the post-epidemic era.The purpose of this study is to investigate how to improve students’ attributional style through group intervention. The research uses the questionnaire investigation approach, takes 800 high school freshmen as subjects, through the attribution style scale,self-efficacy scale, family environment scale, using the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and other statistical methods,to investigate the relationship between family environment and self-efficacy and the mediating role of attribution. There are three parts in this study. In the first study,Chinese version of General Self-Efficacy Scale was used. The Chinese version of Family Environment Scale and Dimension-Multi-Attribution Causality Scale were used to investigate 800 freshmen in senior high school to obtain the status of self-efficacy,attribution style and family environment. The second study, through correlation analysis, explores the correlation between family environment,self-efficacy,attribution style, and whether there is an intermediary role between the family environment and self-efficacy.Study 3 designed and implemented a group intervention for freshmen with low self-efficacy to improve their self-efficacy.The study concluded as follows:The first study shows that the freshmen of senior one have a high level of self-efficacy as a whole.Boys’ self-efficacy is higher than girls’.There is no significant correlation between the level of self-efficacy and the place of household registration and whether it is a vocational class. The attribution style of freshmen is mainly internal attribution, and girls are more inclined to internal attribution than boys. The second study shows that the family environment,self-efficacy and attribution style are related to each other.Family environment has significant positive correlation with self-efficacy,family environment has significant negative correlation with attribution style, attribution style has significant negative correlation with self-efficacy,attribution style has a partial mediating effect between family environment and self-efficacy.The third study shows that the group intervention to improve the attribution style of freshmen can significantly enhance their self-efficacy.This study from the overall understanding of the high school students’ self-efficacy,family environment and attribution of the status quo,and through the correlation analysis, the self-efficacy of family environment, attribution, and attribution in the other two of the two ways of the partial intermediary role. Finally, the group intervention method was used to correct the attribution style of freshmen. The results showed that, compared with the freshmen without attribution correction, the freshmen who had intervention effectively improved their self-efficacy.To sum up,through the questionnaire survey, this study has a preliminary understanding of the status quo of self-efficacy,family environment and attribution style of high school freshmen,Through correlation analysis and other methods, found the correlation between the three and attribution style in the family environment and self-efficacy among the intermediary role, and finally through group counseling to improve the attribution style of freshman to improve their self-efficacy. |
