| Yusi is a very influential literary weekly in the middle and late 1920 s,which occupies an important position in the history of modern Chinese literature,literary trends and school history.Under the leadership of Lu Xun and other famous writers,thinkers and journalists,a large number of like-minded writers,scholars and critics gathered to form a "Yusi" community and a "Yusi style" around Yusi.However,in the study of "Yusi" community and literary schools,the figure of a group of female writers has been ignored,such as Feng Yuanjun,Su Xuelin,Lu Jingqing,Shi Pingmei,Chen Xuezhao,Bai Wei,etc.With the support and encouragement of Lu Xun and other literary predecessors,they created a number of excellent female prose works in accordance with the "Yusi Style" advocated by "Yusi",which promoted the occurrence,development and prosperity of modern female prose and established their position in the history of literature.This paper will take the prose creation of female writers in "Yusi" as the research object,and explore the influence of "Yusi" and "Yusi Style" on the creation of female writers in the process of running the magazine and development of "Yusi".Through analyzing the prose creation achievements of female writers in "Yusi Style",it is expected to explore the relationship between modern prose style and gender.This paper includes the following five parts:In the introduction part,the author explains the origin of this topic,summarizes the academic research status around Yusi in recent years,and briefly describes the research significance of this topic.The second part is about the formation of female writers’ creative team in Yu Si.It focuses on the proposition of the concept of "filigree style";Under the background of the publishing process of Yu Si,this paper analyzes the general situation of female writers’ creation in the "Beijing Period" and "Shanghai Period".The third part,combined with the female writers’ own experience and literary creation,analyzes and discusses the female writers’ gender view of deconstructing the patriarchal society and pursuing social values from three aspects: the gender ideal of new women’s independent personality,the awakening and self-examination of women’s self-consciousness,and the social responsibility of criticizing the dark reality.The fourth part analyzes and summarizes the creative characteristics of the female writers’ "Yusi Style",pointing out that the prose of the female writers in "Yusi" has "three beauties",namely,the artistic conception beauty of classical poetry,the painting beauty of colorful colors and the beauty of well-proportioned,which are the main artistic achievements of their "Yusi Style" prose creation.The fifth part is the conclusion.Yusi provides women writers with opportunities for literary creation,which is the expression of the progressive gender concept of the "Yusi Society".The female writers’ prose creation of "Yusi Style" highlights the spiritual pursuit of women’s independent personality.Their prose style of "three beauties" further consolidated their position in the history of modern literature. |
