A Study Of Guzheng Playing And Singing

As a new type of music genre that has gradually developed and become popular in recent years."zither playing and singing" skillfully combines voice and zither,together with lyrics on the basis of ancient poetry,to fully display the unique national musical flavor of zither.As professional performers and composers began to engage in the creation,a large number of zither playing and singing works came out,and this new music form gradually became mature.This paper is divided into three chapters on the basis of the genre of "zither playing and singing".The first chapter discusses the reasons for its popularity in recent years from three aspects,that is,music communication,music sociology and music aesthetics;The second chapter mainly analyzes the music form of zither playing and singing works,including the combination of words and music,common music development techniques,common playing techniques and harmonic colors;The third chapter explains the artistic expression characteristics of zither playing and singing from the perspective of practical perception,mainly studies and discusses the aesthetic characteristics of zither playing and singing as different musical roles and the artistic expression of the genre from the perspective of performance so that performers can better interpret the works.
