| Bakhtin’s sociological poetics theory is a poetics theory that integrates Marxist sociology theory in the process of analyzing literary texts and literary forms,and looks at the content and form of literary works,the interior and exterior of literature,literary works and social ideology from a holistic perspective.Bakhtin’s sociological poetics theory was established in the debate between Russian formalism and vulgar sociology,with the aim of criticizing the academic tendency of Russian formalism to place too much emphasis on the essential attributes of literature and neglect the connection between literature and social ideology,as well as the idea that vulgar sociology only considers literature as a reflection of social ideology and neglects the characteristics of literature itself,Strive to explore the relationship between the interior and exterior of literature,literary form and content,and literature and social ideology from a holistic perspective.Bakhtin’s sociological poetics theory was built on the basis of his research on the rich theoretical achievements of literary sociology.In the process of theoretical construction,Bakhtin denied the research method of "Dualisms" in literary sociology and proposed that a new sociological poetics theory should be established with the method of "Monism".In the continuous practice and demonstration of Literary theory,Bakhtin established the research object of sociological poetics theory: first,literary works and various forms of literary works;second,the embodiment of ideological vision on literary works,and the role of this embodiment on artistic structure.For these two research objects,Bakhtin found the correct research task and method of sociological poetics theory,that is,to clarify the form of literary works as the task,to combine sociological poetics with literary history,and to conduct research from the perspective of "Monism".On this basis,Bakhtin continuously enriched the content of sociological poetic theory,forming his unique discourse theory,polyphonic theory,and carnival theory that have attracted much attention from the literary circle.Through the study of Bakhtin’s sociological poetics theory,it is found that these three theories are not independent or unrelated to each other,but rather have a certain internal logic.The theoretical system of sociological poetics is based on discourse theory,extended to establish polyphonic theory,and ultimately traced back to the source of "carnivalization",forming a perfect loop logically.Through the study of Bakhtin’s sociological poetics theory,we can see his scientific and rigorous logical thinking in the construction of this theory,understand his theoretical method of "Monism",provide a new perspective for our theoretical construction,and to some extent,provide a reference for the construction of new literary theories. |
