A Study On The Inheritance And Utilization Of Revolutionary Culture In Anqing Prefecture

The revolutionary culture of Anqing refers to the total culture created by the people of Anqing and the people who have fought and lived in Anqing under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)during the New Democracy Revolution,with "revolution" as the value orientation.Since modern times,Anqing has always had an indissoluble bond with the "revolution".The establishment of the CPC and the revolution and construction led by the CPC have all left a strong mark in Anqing.Anqing not only has rich revolutionary cultural resources,but also always attaches great importance to the protection and organization of revolutionary cultural resources,as well as the inheritance and utilization of revolutionary culture.Over the years,the local government and relevant units in Anqing have conducted in-depth excavation,organization,and publicity of a group of revolutionary predecessors and martyrs such as Chen Duxiu and his son,Wang Buwen,as well as the revolutionary events that occurred between 1919 and 1949.They have protected and restored a large number of revolutionary cultural sites and fully utilized their propaganda and educational functions.From government agencies,schools,and society,we organically combine ideological and political education with the learning of party members,the construction of grassroots party organizations,and the development of local opera culture,highlighting the spirit of revolutionary culture.Of course,there are also some problems in inheriting and utilizing revolutionary culture.The main ones are: the audience scope of Anqing revolutionary culture needs to be expanded,the promotion methods are not up-to-date with the times,supporting measures are insufficient,revolutionary culture has not been well integrated into daily life,and the exploration of revolutionary cultural resources also needs to be deepened.How to promote the inheritance and utilization of Anqing revolutionary culture in the new era is a comprehensive project.We believe that efforts should be made in the following aspects: strengthening the main role of the government,schools,and society in the inheritance and utilization of Anqing revolutionary culture;Coordinate and promote the protection,organization,and research of revolutionary cultural resources in Anqing;Innovate the ways of inheriting and utilizing Anqing revolutionary culture;Improve the mechanism for the inheritance and development of Anqing revolutionary culture.Revolutionary culture is the source of cultural confidence,especially in the face of complex and severe international and domestic situations,and the collision between history and reality,the inheritance and utilization of revolutionary culture has extremely important practical and profound historical significance.
