Research On The Legal Protection Of Women’s Rights And Interests In The Central Soviet Area

In the old society,women were oppressed by feudal ethics for a long time,and they did not have the right to participate in public activities,nor did they have autonomy in marriage.After the CPC realized the tragic fate of the vast number of working women living in old China,it carried out a series of legal construction activities to protect women’s rights and interests in the revolutionary base areas of the Central Soviet Area,improving women’s status and promoting the development of the revolution.The legal protection of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area has rich connotations.First,through the collection,sorting,induction and research of historical data,it restores the historical situation and theoretical basis of the legal protection of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area,and tells the important ideological connotation and significance of the CPC to protect women’s rights and interests through the legal system.Secondly,the specific legal system for safeguarding women’s rights and interests during the Central Soviet Area was sorted out through a combination of historical and theoretical methods.The Party and the Soviet government have provided women with the right to vote,stand for election,and participate in political life through legal construction;Economically,equal pay for equal work with men,and enjoy special labor rights based on physiological differences between men and women,as well as the right of rural women to distribute land;Having the right to education in cultural education;In terms of marriage,one has the freedom to marry and divorce.Strengthening the implementation of laws to protect women’s rights and interests through law enforcement and judiciary,as well as enhancing women’s legal awareness through legal publicity.At the same time,it summarized the achievements and limitations of the legal protection of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area in practice,and concluded that the legal construction of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area not only protected women’s own rights and interests,but also promoted the development of the Chinese revolution.This is due to the fact that the legal protection of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area has always adhered to the Marxist concept of women in the process of formulation and implementation,met the practical needs of women,and women’s organizations played an important role in the implementation of the legal system.Finally,from the historical experience of the legal protection of women’s rights and interests in the Central Soviet Area,the paper draws the contemporary enlightenment that the legal protection of women’s rights and interests cannot be separated from the leadership of the Party,the accurate interpretation and application of laws,the clarification of the powers and functions of relevant organizations to protect women’s rights and interests,and the expansion of legal assistance channels for women’s rights and interests protection.
