| This article takes the learning transfer ability and influencing factors of dance performance majors in normal universities as the research object,and takes the three steps of kicking drums and yangko,pulling mud steps,small women’s running,and individual twisting steps as examples to carry out teaching practice.Through sorting out the literature,the concept of learning transfer was defined,and the theoretical results of learning transfer were sorted out to select the types of transfer suitable for dance teaching.This paper analyzes the feasibility of learning transfer theory in dance teaching,and closely combines theory with practice to better lay a foundation for practice.Under the guiding principles of situational teaching and cognitive structure transfer theory,transfer situations are constructed for students from multiple perspectives.On this basis,students are gradually guided to form transfer awareness and ultimately acquire transfer ability through the teaching process of single elements,action phrases,and complete combinations.After students have the ability to transfer,analyze and verify teaching practices through student homework feedback and identify factors that affect students’ transfer ability.Finally,strategies for using learning transfer theory in pace teaching are summarized.Through practice,teachers can improve their awareness of personalized teaching in the face of different learning objects,scientifically guide students to understand the laws of the learning process,further improve learning efficiency,and enrich teaching methods. |
