Nowadays,with the rapid development of new media,people’s life mode and way of thinking have also undergone great changes,and the creation and communication of documentaries have changed from the past one-way and one-way fixed mode of communication,which has fully improved the efficiency of receiving information and the speed of re-transmission,and gradually expanded the audience’s attention.Driven by the development of new media,Documentaries on intangible cultural heritage are experiencing a new look and form change.In the present society,in our country,the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the development of national culture.To restore and preserve the intangible cultural heritage as much as possible by means of documentary,its creation and dissemination has become an effective way to make the intangible cultural heritage live.In this constantly developing and changing era,how to activate the cultural vitality of intangible cultural heritage documentaries and improve the cultural perception of intangible cultural heritage projects in people’s real life in the process of the prosperity and development of new media? By mastering the artistic form of documentary,while constructing the image significance,the public’s humanistic memory and cultural awareness can be aroused.So as to better promote the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage documentary,this is a research topic with both relevant professional theoretical depth and practical significance.This paper consists of five chapters,aiming to elaborate the current research status on the creation and development of intangible cultural heritage documentary,and further analyze the current and future exploration direction and development trend of this research problem.Based on the definition of the concepts of new media and intangible cultural heritage documentary,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by intangible cultural heritage documentary from the perspective of new media,and further makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of The Times,creation orientation and value orientation of its creation and dissemination.On this basis,this paper intends to combine the domestic and foreign research results on the creation and dissemination of intangible documentary films,apply them to the actual performance of the creation of intangible documentary films,explore and look forward to the video creation strategy and communication direction of awakening emotions with memories and building collective memories with individual memories.Secondly,through the theoretical analysis of some excellent and successful intangible cultural documentary,and the unique expression of their image construction is summarized,and with my own "Nanmute Tibetan Opera" as an example,the specific practical expression of it,trying to excavate and show the cultural image of intangible cultural documentary artistic expression,and from the perspective of constructing cultural memory,To explore its creative techniques and value orientation to the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.In the era of new media,the traditional culture and the aesthetic habits of modern culture should be thought together with memory,and the images with cultural memory should be used as the carrier to build a bridge linking traditional intangible cultural heritage with contemporary society.Through the creation and dissemination of documentaries and audio-visual images,the inheritance and promotion of intangible cultural heritage can be passed down from generation to generation.
