Research On The Factors Influencing Farmers’ Participation In Rural Cultural Construction Behavior

The soul of the country,the text to make it,the text to cast.Since the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee have attached great importance to cultural construction,and emphasized that the excellent Chinese traditional culture is the root and soul of the Chinese nation,which plays a pivotal role in the continuity and development of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen rural cultural construction,transform excellent cultural resources into high-quality assets for long-term rural development,and promote the mutual promotion of rural cultural construction and economic and social development.As governments at all levels continue to make efforts and pay attention to rural cultural work,rural cultural construction around the world has shown a thriving development trend,cultural infrastructure has been improved,and the sense of access and happiness of rural residents in rural culture has also been improved.However,in the process of continuous change and development,many problems have gradually emerged in rural cultural construction,among which the lack of farmers’ participation in rural cultural construction is a major problem that needs to be solved,mainly the low enthusiasm of farmers’ participation in public cultural activities,the lack of demand for rural culture,the low participation platform and channels of farmers,and more as "spectators" in cultural construction.They are more often "bystanders" in cultural construction.Therefore,based on the background of rural cultural revitalization,this paper combines participatory development theory,planned behavior theory and farmer participation theory,and focuses on farmers as the key subject in rural cultural construction.The purpose of the study is to explore the endogenous motivation and path mechanism of farmers’ active participation in rural cultural construction through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research,and to provide some reference experience for cultural construction in Heyang County and other rural areas.Through 300 questionnaires collected in the field,the data were first processed with SPSS26.0,and six dimensions were selected to analyze individual characteristics,willingness to participate,behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,and institutional factors,respectively,and group analysis was conducted with fs QCA3.0,and finally it was concluded that some individual characteristics,willingness to participate,behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,and Institutional factors have a positive influence on farmers’ participation in the cultural construction of "Shijing Heyang" in Heyang County.Based on the empirical findings,the following countermeasures are proposed to address the research problem of constructing the paths related to farmers’ participation in rural cultural construction: to pay attention to the differences in farmers’ individual characteristics,to classify and implement policies,and to improve the enthusiasm of farmers’ participation in rural cultural construction;the government and the media should innovate the propaganda methods and improve the system of combining rural culture and education,so as to improve the villagers’ awareness of their participation in rural cultural construction;to change the concept of cultural construction and to strengthen the main position of farmers.The government and media should innovate publicity methods,improve the system of combining rural culture and education,so as to increase villagers’ awareness of participating in rural cultural construction;change the concept of cultural construction,strengthen the main position of farmers,and create a good environment for farmers to participate in cultural construction;vigorously develop the "culture+" development trend industry,improve farmers’ income,optimize the structure of rural cultural industry,and enhance the economic and social benefits of rural culture;improve the mechanism of rural cultural construction,innovate the mechanism of cultivating talents,and Provide a good development environment.
