Under The Background Of Shanghai School Culture,the Research Of Sanlin Dragon Dance Participating In Township Governance

The fourth plenary session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)stressed that“We should push the focus of social governance and services down to the grass-roots level,sink more resources to the grass-roots level,and better provide accurate and refined services”,“We will build a community of social governance where everyone has a responsibility,everyone performs their duties,and everyone enjoys the benefits of social governance.We will ensure that our people live and work in peace,social stability and order,and build a safer China to a higher level.”.As the basic level of our countrys administrative management system,the township government is the front of the implementation of various reform policies and the basic department of Social Governance.In the current research of governance,the research results of culture and organization are rich,and most of them are localized cultural studies,and the organizations studied are not necessarily representative,and development is limited.As a first-class metropolis in Shanghai,Sanlin Town not only has a special geographical location,but also dragon dance culture as a“Highlight” work in sanlin town.In this study,the participation of Sanlin Dragon dance in the governance of villages and towns in Sanlin was investigated by using the methods of literature,in-depth interviews,ethnography and oral history,this paper analyzes the formation of Sanlin Dragon Dance and the ways of participating in governance under the background of Shanghai culture.The results show that: the Sanlin Dragon Dance plays an active role in community education,investment promotion,cultural projects to benefit the people and the social and cultural life of the masses,however,there are also some problems such as closed-loop protection,separation from the masses,over-reliance on the government,over-competition and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to popularize the folk art,actively explore ways to enable the traditional dragon dance projects to enable the cultural industry,deeply explore,study and protect the core connotation,and promote the participation of the Sanlin Dragon dance in township governance.The participation of Sanlin Dragon dance in the township governance of Sanlin town is a typical case of the participation of regional culture in the township governance.Conclusion:1、The ritual culture and the belief in the Dragon God of the Sanlin Dragon dance shaped the individuals of the people to achieve the goal of regulating the body and forming an endogenous order,then it forms the internal custom,and achieves the goal of blurring the boundary of villages and towns through the fields formed between villages and towns,and achieves the cultural identity through collective memory,thus forming the external governance The ceremonial culture of Sanlin Dragon dance has been officially recognized by the SANLIN government,and the function of psychological adjustment,collective memory and social integration has been embodied in the work report and the development plan of the township.2、After the Sanlin Dragon dance is integrated into the value consensus of the Shanghai style culture,the personal feelings of the government workers in Sanlin town are integrated into the governance of the organization and the masses,opening the channel of grass-roots governance,through the combination of the rule of propriety in the Sanlin Dragon Dance,the rule of law in the Shanghai School culture and the rule of law in the socialist core values,we can apply the open spirit and democracy,it shows that Sanlin Dragon dance participates in sanlin towns emotional and rational tool governance,and after Sanlin Dragon Dance is integrated into the aesthetic image of Shanghai culture,under the theory of national co-governance and co-construction and sharing,it constantly innovates the governance mode,to bring together the masses,social organizations and the three main bodies of the government in order to produce the culture of the Sanlin Dragon dance,to form co-governance through policies,conferences,seminars and other forms of communication,and to use the spirit of innovation and freedom,after integrating the contract spirit of Shanghai culture into the Sanlin Dragon Dance,the ethnic cultural identity of Sanlin Dragon Dance,combined with the commercial ethnic identity of the native contract spirit and the ideological tool of state governance,the three embody the ethnicity together through the spirit of contract and the qualities of honesty,friendliness,etc.,let the township governance of Sanlin keep the ethnic characteristics.Sanlin Dragon Dance,Shanghai culture and the core values of socialism in the new era,the three blend with each other to form a sanlin dragon dance under the township governance of Shanghai culture.3、Sanlin dragon dance occupies an important position in the governance,but the development of Sanlin Dragon Dance has its own problems,to a certain extent,restrict the cultural governance of Sanlin Town.The sanlin dragon dance should enrich its cultural connotation,close to the masses to establish a good emotional value,and enhance the governance efficiency of Sanlin Dragon dance,so as to realize the modernization transformation of the governance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,we should construct an excellent traditional cultural governance model in the new era that is suitable for the modernization of governance.
