| As an important embodiment of the essence of the proletariat,the party spirit of the Communist Party of China(CPC)members plays an important role in exercising full and strict governance over the Party.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the exercise and education of Party spirit cultivation,and has put forward some specific requirements for the Party spirit cultivation in the new era in his speeches.Meanwhile,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the reference and application of excellent traditional Chinese culture in exercising full and strict governance over the Party.As an important representative of traditional Chinese culture,the advanced elements of the Confucian culture are of great significance to the theory and practice of Party spirit cultivation in the new era.With the combination of literature research method,historical analysis method and systematic method,the complicated relationship and interaction between Confucian culture and party spirit cultivation can be revealed to a certain extent,thus contributing to the promotion of Party spirit cultivation in the new era with Confucian culture.The cultivation of Party spirit and Confucian culture have many common points in the process of their development,but also closely linked together because of the resonance of family and country feelings and cultivation theories.The important connection and profound interaction between Confucian culture,CPC and Marxism,and its transformation and development under the background of the new era have become the historical,theoretical and realistic basis for the party spirit cultivation in the new era to have the Confucian cultural undertones.The Confucian cultural undertones in the party spirit cultivation of the new era are reflected in three dimensions: value,goal and content.In the value dimension,the Confucian cultural undertones in the party spirit cultivation of the new era are embodied in the core notion "benevolence" and "propriety",which lead the values oriented by "people-oriented" and "love people and ensure their safety and enjoyment".In the goal dimension,the Confucian cultural foundation in the Party spirit cultivation of the new era is embodied in goals system of "unity of knowledge and practice-integrity and ability-ending in perfection".In the content dimension,the party spirit cultivation in the new era can be divided into political cultivation,theoretical cultivation,discipline cultivation,style cultivation,moral cultivation and ability cultivation,among which the Confucian culture is respectively reflected.To edify the Party spirit cultivation in the new era with Confucian culture requires the efforts of the Central Committee of the CPC,Party organizations and Party members,between which there should be effective linkage.Play the leading role of the Central Committee of the CPC from top to bottom,the Party construction role of Party organizations in the education and management of the Party members,and the Party members’ individual subjective motile implementation capacity.Under the fine macro environment and the integrated use of a variety of education ways,the Party members can make full use of Confucian culture to cultivate and enhance party spirit with their "know-letter-line" virtuous cycle. |
