| In recent years, with the support of the state to vocational education, the number of secondary vocational students is growing rapidly.Secondary vocational students are a kind of special group. Most of them choose secondary vocational schools because of their low scores in the high school entrance examination and cannot enter ordinary high schools.Their physical and mental characteristics as well as the social attitude against them lead to the high proportion of secondary vocational students’ problem behaviors among teenagers.Existing studies have shown that secondary vocational students are more prominent than ordinary high school students in bullying behavior and NSSI behavior, which are a pair of hurtful behaviors with relative orientation. However, the specific mechanism of bullying on NSSI behavior of secondary vocational students is not clear at present. In Study 1,a chain mediation model was constructed based on the interpersonal or systematic model of NSSI and the emotional regulation model to investigate the combined effects of family ineffective environment and alexithymia on bullying/being bullied and NSSI behavior among secondary vocational students.Questionnaire survey was mainly used to investigate the students of a secondary vocational school in Jiangxi Province, and 4589 valid questionnaires were received. The results showed that:(1)There was a high incidence of bullying/being bullied and NSSI in secondary vocational students, the detection rate of bullying was 5%,the detection rate of being bullied was 18.8%,and the detection rate of NSSI was 15.8%.(2)There were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender and grade among secondary vocational students’ bullying/being bullied, ineffective family environment, alexithymia and NSSI.Boys were significantly higher than girls in the scores of bullying/being bullied, ineffective home environment and alexithymia; The alexithymia level of grade one and grade three students in secondary vocational schools was higher than that of grade two students.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between bullying and ineffective family environment, alexithymia and NSSI.(4)The bullying/being bullied of secondary vocational students can affect NSSI behavior not only through ineffective family environment and alexithymia, but also through the chain mediation of ineffective family environment and alexithymia. On the basis of study 1,study 2 adopts the integrated intervention model, combines the Satir model and Psychodrama from the perspective of positive psychology, and integrates group counseling at the same time.Through the intervention of alexithymia of secondary vocational students, the incidence of NSSI behavior of secondary vocational students is reduced. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Group counseling with Satir and Psychodrama integration models can improve alexithymia and reduce NSSI behavior of secondary vocational students.(2)To a certain extent, group counseling based on Satir and Psychodrama integration models can be promoted and applied as an effective form of group counseling. |
