Audiovisual Expression And Cultural Presentation Of Documentary Films On Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage,as the crystallization of the civilization and wisdom of our Chinese nation,has not faded for thousands of years,has never ceased to grow,and has never declined.Through the precipitation of time and the baptism of time,it has become a powerful spiritual wealth.As the carrier of our national spiritual culture,it runs through the long history.Standing at a new historical starting point,protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage is crucial for us to build a socialist cultural power and build cultural confidence.Now some intangible cultural heritage is gradually fading out of the public’s view with the rapid development of science and technology,and intangible cultural heritage documentary is an effective way to revitalize intangible cultural heritage.Through vivid pictures,warm music,simplified interviews,novel clips,and beautiful explanations,the audience will be brought to the scene.This article will mainly analyze and study the graduation work "Meeting the ‘Mud’" from four parts.Part I: The concept definition and development status of intangible cultural heritage documentary.Documentary films with intangible cultural heritage themes are based on intangible cultural heritage as the creative theme,truly reproducing its historical and cultural values,artistic values,inheritors’ current situation,and other television manifestations.In the future,they will also appear in more innovative and diverse forms in the public eye.Through the concept definition and development status quo to illustrate the creative value of graduation works and the reference role of relevant theories for this article and graduation works.The second part: Through analyzing the interview,lens,simultaneous sound,screen color,commentary,music,and other audio-visual language in the graduation work "Meeting the ‘Mud’",highlight the characteristics of combining documentary and aesthetic characteristics.Use the lens to focus on the production craft life of the old kiln workers,and use innovative expressions that are more popular with young people to display the feelings and stories,aesthetic and culture behind the exquisite craftsmanship.Part III: Research the cultural presentation of craftsmanship spirit,cultural self-confidence,and the concept of safeguarding,inheriting,promoting,adhering to,and innovating intangible cultural heritage presented in the graduation work "Meeting the ‘Mud’",highlighting their attitudes through the process of producing porcelain by old kiln workers,as well as the contributions made by the government and all sectors of society to the inheritance of this craft.Through the creative practice of graduation works and the research on the creative process of intangible cultural heritage documentary films,I hope to contribute to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage through the form of documentary films.
