| Geographically,the Wu-language cultural area,also known as Wu-Di,is mainly located in the south of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province,Shanghai and the north of Zhejiang Province.Wu region has a deep relationship with Chinese new literature.With its advantaged geographical location and economic culture,Wu region has become an important place for Chinese cultural exchange,and the literary creation in the Wu-language area has developed vigorously.From the new period to the new century,under the influence of various factors,the group of Wu region writers made persistent efforts and innovative changes,allowing the Wu dialect to shine brightly in the language art of novel creation,and making the study of Wu dialect a widely influential literary phenomenon in the academic circle.On the basis of clarifying the evolution process of Wu dialect in contemporary novels,this paper studies the ideological implication of Wu dialect in novels,deeply analyzes the aesthetic appeal of Wu dialect in contemporary novels,and excavates the value meaning of Wu dialect writing,so as to form a cognition of Wu dialect writing systematicly and comprehensively and further expand the influence of dialect writing on Chinese novels.The main body of the thesis consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction.In the first place,it makes a macro overview of the evolution of dialect in literary discourse of the 20 th century,interprets and defines the two key words "dialect" and "Wu dialect" as a whole,retrospect and relooks the dialect practice in novels of the first half of the 20 th century,and holds the general situation of Wu dialect writing in literary discourse of the 20 th century as a whole.And to "Wu language into the text" of the literary tradition of climbing collation;Secondly,it systematically combs the domestic and foreign research status of dialect(Wu dialect)in novels since the new period.In the end,it explains the research content and research methods,and then clarifies the bring forth new ideas.The second part is the text,which can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter combs the creation background of contemporary novel language reform and the transformation and reform of Wu dialect practice,which is divided into two different periods: the New period and the new century.First,explore the aesthetic significance of Wu dialect in the novel of the new period.Since the new period,with the liberation of thought,all kinds of literary trends flocked to this period,dialect has become an important aesthetic quality to enhance the artistic expression.In the 1980 s,Suzhou writer Lu Wenfu affirmed the value of daily life by dialect,and then a group of writers in Wu language area appeared,such as Fan Xiaoqing and Su Tong.Wu dialect once again entered the text and became a narrative aesthetic means.Second,the exploration and construction of Wu dialect since the new century.Since the beginning of the new century,writers’ language strategies have been adjusted,and they seek more references from the current folk languages,especially dialects,and make full use of dialect resources for novel creation.The second chapter discusses the aesthetic appeal of Wu dialect in the novel from two aspects of narrative and construction.The narrative starts from the text and the construction starts from the spirit.Through the text analysis of Wu Di’s works,the author sums up the aesthetic connotation of the literary narrative "Wu dialect into the novel".The spiritual construction is based on the works of writers of different generations.It deeply explores the narrative construction of Wu dialect in the novels of representative writers of Wu land.The intonation,vocabulary and sentence patterns of Wu dialect promote the plot,highlight the "flexibility" of Wu language narration and highlight the folk life.This paper describes the spiritual construction of "Su-style Shanghai dialect".Lu Wenfu in the1980 s,Fan Xiaoqing in the 1990 s and Jin Yucheng in the new century used Wu Nongsoft language and improved Shanghai language to construct the daily life of Suzhou alley and Shanghai alley.The third chapter examines the value and significance of Wu dialect in the novel.The author,reader and life are the three aspects of the future literature dialect writing and adhere to.From the individual to the whole,from the special to the general,from Wu dialect to dialect writing,from the author’s point of view to discuss the identification of regional culture,highlighting the regionalism;From the perspective of literary reception,this paper expounds readers’ attitude towards dialect in novels.This paper discusses the shaping and presentation of folk custom emotion and historical culture from the aspect of life emotion. |
