| In the development of Chinese vocal system, how to interpret Chinese ancient poetry art songs occupies a crucial part in this development process, but in the past, because the art song is an imported genre, people’s understanding of Chinese ancient poetry art songs is only based on the understanding of foreign art song works, lacking a deeper understanding of this national art,and seldom stand in the perspective of traditional national culture to This phenomenon has slowed down or even stalled the development of Chinese vocal music. This paper discusses the linearity of melody, movement, breathing, emotion, and language from the perspective of the unique linearity of Chinese art.The so-called "linearity" has the meaning and nature of a line, but it is not an intuitive line. The sense of "linearity" in art can be understood in two senses: first,it is a consistent spatial orientation, which is especially prominent in painting.Second,it is a "line" through time. For example, ancient Chinese music and literature are fully capable of displaying "linear" consciousness, leading to melodic linearity and linguistic linearity, and Chinese art is an art that emphasizes emotion, and the many objects created according to language conform to a consistent spatial orientation.Chinese art is an art that emphasizes emotion, and the many objects created according to language conform to a consistent spatial orientation, and the linear characteristics of emotion are derived from the "situation isomorphism",and the movements in the performance are developed according to the emotional tendency of the work. Therefore, the breath has the same spatial direction as the melody, that is,the breath linearity.Secondly, taking the ancient poetic art song "Chang Xiang Zhi" as an example,we analyze the typical embodiment of linearity in the singing of "Chang Xiang Zhi" from five sections: melody, movement, emotion, breathing, and language based on the kunqu style characteristics of the tune, aiming to provide some local thinking for the interpretation of Chinese art songs and make some contribution to the development of Chinese vocal art. |
