| Adolescence is an important stage of individual growth and psychological development,and is in an important period of physical and mental development.On the one hand,middle school students should accept the test of adolescent development,on the other hand,they should bear the pressure of learning,adapting to the environment and interpersonal relations.The incidence of mental health problems among middle school students is increasing year by year.Adolescent mental health has been paid more and more attention by the state and the society.The relevant departments of the state have issued documents and introduced policies for many times to vigorously safeguard the mental health of teenagers.The theoretical research of school psychological counseling is increasing.The training and professional management of school psychological personnel have been continuously improved.But at present,the direct transfer and application of various psychological counseling techniques in school psychological counseling,The Times and time are long,the operation is not structured and is not quite consistent with the learning characteristics of the middle school students in our country have prominent problems.Zhou Xiaojuan et al.(2023)preliminarily proposed a structured,efficient and concise short-term psychological counseling model for middle school that conforms to our national conditions.But the actual utility of this model has yet to be tested.Therefore,this study uses the method of empirical research to explore the practical application effect of the short-term psychological counseling model in middle school students’ general psychological problems and the intervention effect on learning burnout of middle school students.To provide more clinical data support for the effect of this model.In the first study,126 middle school students and 28 mental health teachers were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly assigned to the experimental group with the short-term psychological counseling model intervention in middle school and the control group with the conventional psychological counseling intervention in school.The Chinese version of the outcome questionnaire,the mental health impact scale and the competency questionnaire of mental health service personnel were used as tools to carry out the research.To explore the intervention effect of short-term psychological counseling model in middle school students’ general psychological problems.Study 2,based on the results of study 1,screened 60 students and divided them into experimental group and control group.Using the middle school students’ learning burnout scale as a tool,the intervention effect of the middle school short-term psychological counseling model on learning burnout was investigated.The results of Studies 1 and 2 are as follows:(1)The intervention of the short-term psychological counseling mode in middle school significantly reduced the scores of symptom distress,interpersonal relationship,social function and mental health of middle school students in the experimental group;(2)Compared with the control group,the post-test scores of interpersonal relationship,social function,pain degree and learning influence degree of the experimental group were significantly reduced;(3)The short-term psychological counseling in middle school significantly reduced the level of emotional exhaustion,inefficiency and physiological exhaustion of learning burnout in the experimental group;(4)Compared with the control group,the intervention of the short-term psychological counseling mode in middle school significantly reduced the level of emotional exhaustion of students,and the level of perceived inefficiency and the total score of learning burnout were also lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference.Based on the results of Study 1 and Study 2,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The short-term psychological counseling model can significantly improve the general psychological problems of middle school students;(2)The intervention effect of the short-term psychological counseling model on the general psychological problems of middle school students is significantly better than that of the conventional school psychological counseling;(3)Short-term psychological counseling model can significantly improve learning burnout of middle school students;(4)For the learning burnout of middle school students,the short-term psychological counseling model of middle school has the intervention effect of no less than the conventional school psychological counseling. |
