Research On Bronze Musical Instruments In The Wuyue Region Of The Eastern Zhou Dynasty

On the basis of previous research,this paper collects and organizes the bronze musical instruments found in the Wuyue area,stages them through typological analysis,summarizes their characteristics and development rules,and grasps the evolution of cultural exchanges and functions.In addition to the "Introduction" and "Conclusion",this article is mainly composed of four parts,and the summary is as follows:Part I Archaeological discoveries of bronze musical instruments in the Wuyue region.It introduces the origin,development and cultural background of Wuyue area,and organizes and discusses the excavation of bronze musical instruments in Wuyue area according to administrative regions.Part II Type analysis and staging.This paper takes the bronze musical instruments unearthed in the Wuyue area during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty as the research object,analyzes the typology according to their shape,ornamentation,inscriptions,etc.,and divides the bronze musical instruments in the Wuyue area into four periods according to the analysis results,and summarizes their characteristics and age.Part III Cultural Exchange of Wuyue Bronze Musical Instruments.According to the type analysis in the previous part,this paper studies the Central Plains cultural factors and Chu cultural factors in bronze musical instruments unearthed in Wuyue area,discusses the influence of foreign cultures,and further understands the characteristics and origin development of bronze musical instruments in the Wuyue area of Eastern Zhou.Part IV Research on the Function of Wuyue Bronze Musical Instruments.According to the heirloom documents,artifact combinations and inscriptions,the functional evolution of bronze musical instruments unearthed in the Wuyue area was discussed.This paper studies how Wuyue bronze musical instruments are absorbed and innovated under the influence of the music hanging culture of the Central Plains,and condensed into a musical culture system rich in Wuyue regional characteristics.
