High school is a crucial period in a person’s growth process.High school students are undergoing the identity transition from teenagers to young adults.During this period,their hearts will be very sensitive.In particular,the current material conditions are generally good.In addition,many children are the only child in the family,and their elders have been obedient to them.They have never suffered any hardship or been wronged,nor have they encountered many problems that need to be faced and solved by themselves.As a result,they develop the character of being arrogant and egoistic.When confronted with difficult problems,they will want to escape,or they will be very angry and complaining.High school students already have a heavy academic load,and there is pressure from school,family and society,and all kinds of interpersonal relationships.It is difficult for them to balance these problems perfectly,and in this case it is easy to produce a series of negative emotions,which in the long run will easily affect the development of mental health.Based on my investigation and reading of relevant information and combined with their own experience in high school,the author found that high school students are prone to psychological problems mainly anxiety,depression,inferiority,withdrawn,sensitive interpersonal relations.And high school children self-esteem is very strong,very face-saving,is very reluctant to admit that they have psychological problems,and also very resistant to go to see a psychiatrist,but if they have been in such unhealthy psychological emotions,not only will not conducive to mental health development,but also affect physical health,daily learning and life,serious people will also appear self-harm behavior,So there has to be intervention and prevention.The author conducted a month-long music appreciation intervention on 5high school students,and confirmed that music can indeed reduce the degree of psychological problems among high school students.Moreover,high school students are not averse to music intervention at all,or even like it very much,because music is a common element in their daily life,which is deeply loved by senior high school students.The authors hope to prevent and improve the psychological problems of high school students by means of music teaching(music class),music activities(music therapy)and music psychodrama.Therefore,this paper proposes the relevant situation creation for your reference.
