The Embodiment Of "vivid Portrayal" In Song Dynasty Bird-and-flower Painting

"Lifelike portrayal" is a unique aesthetic paradigm of Oriental painting.In Chinese aesthetic thought,the unity of portrayal and lifelike is the unity of formal beauty and spiritual beauty.Firstly,artists must associate,imagine and inject strong thoughts and emotions into the objects in life,and then express them with mature painting skills.The Song Dynasty is the peak period of the development of Chinese art.Among them,the sketch flower and bird painting is one of the important components.It strives for novelty while accurately depicting objective images,pursues vivid and vivid picture effects,and shows unique cultural aesthetic taste.Under the influence of the concept of "Gewu",the true expression of details has become an important aesthetic standard,pursuing a higher aesthetic level on the basis of similarity.Based on the theoretical exploration of " vivid portrayal ",combined with the analysis of the classic works of flower-and-bird painting in Song Dynasty and my own painting practice,this paper sorts out and studies the embodiment of "vivid portrayal" in flower-and-bird painting in Song Dynasty,and on this basis,discusses the author ’s exploration and perception in the practice of meticulous flower-and-bird painting.
